Make the context yours

Your identity. Your work. Your reach.

Introduce the right identity.
Is this a personal profile, a business, or a creator’s page? Say what your profile represents and choose the name you want associated with it. A business name can introduce your work even when your profile uses your personal name.
Explain what you offer.
Paid advanced discovery adds your category and services to search information, helping search engines connect your profile with the kind of work someone is looking for.
Describe your work in your words.
A custom description gives search engines a summary of what you offer. When used in a search result, it can help people decide whether your profile fits what they need.
Describe where you work.
Work online, welcome customers, or travel to them? Choose the options that fit. Advanced discovery can describe your operating location and, when you travel to customers, your service areas, giving search engines context for people looking for help in those places. Online-only businesses can describe their work without a storefront.

Handled for you

You describe your work.
QRown handles the groundwork.

Being discoverable takes more than good information. Search engines also have to find your page, read it, and notice when it changes. Public profiles on Starter and above qualify after completing Discovery with a description, active category, or service.

Listed where search engines look
Eligible Public profiles are included in QRown’s sitemap, the list search engines read to find pages, along with the date each one last changed.
Readable on the first visit
Your profile is delivered as a complete page with a clear title, a description, and one official address, so search engines don’t have to guess what the page is or which link is the real one.
Described in a format search understands
QRown publishes structured data, the format search engines use to work out who a page is about. Advanced discovery adds your category, services, and location to it.
Changes announced, not just published
When your Public profile changes, QRown lets participating search engines such as Bing know through IndexNow, so they can come back and take another look. They decide when to revisit.
Clear signals when you step back
Switch to Unlisted, QR Only, or Private, or delete a profile, and QRown marks the page so search engines know it should no longer be listed.

This groundwork helps search engines find and understand your profile. They still decide whether to index it, where it ranks, and how it appears.

Questions about Search & Discovery

How long does indexing take?

QRown does not control the indexing timetable. Making a profile Public does not guarantee it will appear in search, and changes may not be reflected immediately.

How do search engines find out my profile changed?

Eligible Public profiles are listed in QRown’s sitemap with the date they last changed. QRown also notifies search engines that take part in IndexNow, such as Bing, shortly after a Public profile is created, updated, renamed, hidden, or deleted. Google does not currently use IndexNow and relies on the sitemap and its own crawling. This prompts search engines to look again; it does not guarantee indexing or a faster result.

What information can become public?

Your published profile content and eligible discovery answers can contribute to search descriptions and structured data. Depending on your settings and plan, that can include your name, business details, services, location, and service areas. Only add information you want to share publicly.

Will this guarantee a Google ranking?

No. QRown helps search engines understand your public profile through its identity, descriptive information, and structured data. Search engines decide whether to index it, where it ranks, and how a result looks.

Can I keep my profile out of search?

Yes. Search visibility requires Starter or above, a Public profile, and completed Discovery with a description, active category, or service. Unlisted, QR Only, and Private profiles are excluded from QRown’s profile sitemap and marked not to be indexed. Search engines may take time to reflect a visibility change.

Do I need a website or an SEO plugin?

You can use Search & Discovery with your QRown profile itself. Answer the questions in your profile settings; QRown prepares the supported search metadata and structured information for you. No plugin or code is needed.

What happens to my answers if I change plans?

You can save and edit your discovery answers on every plan. If your plan does not include advanced discovery, those advanced answers stay saved but do not contribute to your public discovery output. Your basic profile identity still applies.

Does this add me to a QRown directory?

QRown discovery lets visitors search profiles by name, services, and location. To appear, opt in with a Public profile on an eligible plan and complete Discovery with a description, active category, or service. Profile access and workspace restrictions still apply.
